Have you received the wrong size? No big deal, just send the product back to us within 20 days since we delivered your order and we’ll send you the right size. We’ll have to charge you a $25 shipping fee to cover our shipping expenses. Make the payment here >>>

Product Returns

We accept returns on all new and unused products up to 20 days from the date the product was delivered. We charge a $15 restocking fee. Click here to make the payment >>> Contact us if you are based outside of the US.

If more than 20 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Beyond Riders Armor only accepts returns of new, unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged items within 20 days of delivery. We suggest that each customer save the original box and packaging material. 

Order cancellation before we ship

If you cancel your order before we ship out the product, we need to charge you a 5% fee that Paypal and Shopify take from us as a seller for each transaction. 

Wrong product sent

If you receive the wrong product, we'll send you a shipping label to send it back to you. The minute we receive it back, we'll send you the right product. All expenses are on us. Contact us >>> if you received the wrong product.
