Exchange a product 

Have you received the wrong size? Simply send the product back to us within 20 days since we delivered your order and we’ll send you the right size. Before sending it back, buy the "Exchange a product" option on this page for $29.99. This charge is used to cover our shipping expenses and handling fees. If you are based outside of the US please contact us.

Return a product

We accept returns on all new and unused products up to 20 days from the date the product was delivered. We charge a $14.99 restocking fee. Contact us if you are based outside of the US.

If more than 20 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
