Product Returns

We accept returns from the US on all new and unused products up to 20 days from the date the product was delivered. Visit this page>>> to learn more about returning a product. 

Please note: if you are based outside of the US, you'll need to pay for shipping the product you want to return or exchange to our warehouse in California. Overseas shipping rates will also apply if we send you a replacement product. Please contact us for details. 

Order cancellation before we ship

If you cancel your order before we ship out the product, we need to charge you a 5% fee that Paypal and Shopify take from us as a seller for each transaction. 

Wrong product sent

If you receive the wrong product by mistake, we'll send you a shipping label to send it back to us. The minute we receive it back, we'll send you the right product. All expenses are on us. Contact us >>> if you received the wrong product.
