Exchange (if you need a different size)

Product Returns

We accept returns on all new and unused products up to 20 days from the date the product was delivered. Visit this page>>> to learn more about returning a product. Outside of North America: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

Order cancellation before we ship

If you cancel your order before we ship out the product, we need to charge you a 5% fee that Paypal and Shopify take from us as a seller for each transaction. 

Wrong product sent

If you receive the wrong product by mistake, we'll send you a shipping label to send it back to us. The minute we receive it back, we'll send you the right product. All expenses are on us. Contact us >>> if you received the wrong product.
