Will I need to pay any tariff fees as your products are shipped from overseas?

No, you will not. As there was a recent update to the De Minimis policy by the government on August 29th, orders from overseas are now subject to tariffs. We will be paying the tariff fee on our side. You do not need to pay anything additional for your orders.

UPS is asking me to pay a fee, do I have to pay this?

If UPS asks you to pay anything, please do not refuse the order. Just ask the driver to re-attempt delivery the next day. Let us know and we will take care of that fee.

What CE rating is the abrasion resistance of your products?

Our garments haven’t been certified to European CE rating yet. All of our pads are CE approved. The Kevlar is original DuPont Kevlar. We plan on obtaining the CE rating, but at this time, we cannot confirm whether it will be A, AA, or AAA. Compared to other similar brands, we offer the highest quality manufacturing and the most features. We are almost the only brand to use 100% Kevlar as the inner lining, rather than a mix with other fibers.

Where is the reflective lining on the pants?

If you fold up the cuff on the pants, you will find the reflective lining.

What are the differences between Straight/Relaxed/Loose fit pants?

  • Straight fit: Very form-fitting, almost a European cut.
  • Relaxed fit: Sits in the middle, works for most body types.
  • Loose fit: Very roomy with a more boxy fit.

Do you have videos on how to install the pads into my shirt or pants?

My order is showing as shipped but I do not see any movement on my tracking information, what is happening?

When orders ship from our overseas factory, they are taken by a local courier to an International UPS hub. This can sometimes take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

How long does my order take to ship from the date I placed the order?

We have a warehouse in California and fulfill part of the orders from there. These orders usually arrive in 2–6 business days. If an item is not in stock in California, we ship it directly from our brand licensed factories overseas. Orders from overseas usually arrive within 10–14 days from the order date.

Can I make a change on my order, add an item, or correct my address?

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not shipped yet, we may still be able to cancel and refund it. Please contact us as soon as possible. If it has already shipped, we can assist you with a return and refund once it arrives.

If I want to return or exchange any items, what do I do?

Should I order my regular size in your hoodies?

For men’s hoodies (Ultra, Fleece, Softshell, and Camouflage), we recommend ordering one size up from your usual size. These styles are unisex and have a slim fit design.

Our Flannel Hoodies follow the same sizing pattern as our shirts and jackets — they are a regular fit for both men and women.

For women’s hoodies (Ultra, Fleece, Softshell, and Camouflage), you can order your regular size — no need to size up.
