Will I need to pay any tariff fees as your products are shipped from overseas?
No, you will not. As there was a recent update to the De Minimis policy by the government on August 29th, orders from overseas are now subject to tariffs. We will be paying the tariff fee on our side. You do not need to pay anything additional for your orders.
UPS is asking me to pay a fee, do I have to pay this?
If UPS asks you to pay anything, please do not refuse the order. Just ask the driver to re-attempt delivery the next day. Let us know and we will take care of that fee.
What CE rating is the abrasion resistance of your products?
Our garments haven’t been certified to European CE rating yet. All of our pads are CE approved. The Kevlar is original DuPont Kevlar. We plan on obtaining the CE rating, but at this time, we cannot confirm whether it will be A, AA, or AAA. Compared to other similar brands, we offer the highest quality manufacturing and the most features. We are almost the only brand to use 100% Kevlar as the inner lining, rather than a mix with other fibers.
Where is the reflective lining on the pants?
If you fold up the cuff on the pants, you will find the reflective lining.
What are the differences between Straight/Relaxed/Loose fit pants?
- Straight fit: Very form-fitting, almost a European cut.
- Relaxed fit: Sits in the middle, works for most body types.
- Loose fit: Very roomy with a more boxy fit.

My order is showing as shipped but I do not see any movement on my tracking information, what is happening?
When orders ship from our overseas factory, they are taken by a local courier to an International UPS hub. This can sometimes take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
How long does my order take to ship from the date I placed the order?
We have a warehouse in California and fulfill part of the orders from there. These orders usually arrive in 2–6 business days. If an item is not in stock in California, we ship it directly from our factory in Pakistan. Orders from Pakistan usually arrive within 10–14 days from the order date.
Can I make a change on my order, add an item, or correct my address?
Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible to make sure we can update your order before it moves to the next step of fulfillment:

How do I cancel my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, we may still be able to cancel and refund it. Please contact us as soon as possible. If it has already shipped, we can assist you with a return and refund once it arrives.

Should I order my normal size with your Slim Fit Ultra line of products?
We recommend going one size up from your normal size with our Ultra line. These are a more form-fitting style with slightly shorter dimensions than our standard line.
