Have you received the wrong size? No worries! Simply send the unused product back to us within 20 days since we delivered your order and we’ll send you the right size.

There's a charge of $29.99 and it covers the cost for two way shipping - the return label which we'll buy and send to you for returning your item and the shipping of the new item to you from our warehouse. We aren't charging any handling or restocking fee, only the actual cost for two shipments.

In case you're exchanging more than two items, you'll need to pay an additional $29.99. Example: you'd like to return a shirt, a hoodie and cargo pants - the cost for this is two times $29.99.

The product must be in new, unused condition. Returns will not be accepted if the item has pet hair, odors, or dirt.
