Shipping policy

We are an American company based out of California and ship to the United States, Canada and many other countries.  

We have a warehouse in California and fulfill part of the orders from here, if we don't have something in stock we send it to you directly from our brand licensed factories overseas. Delivery times are 7-10 days in this case. 

Tariffs - relevant for US customers
As there was a recent update to the De Minimis policy by the government on August 29th, 2025, orders from overseas are now subject to tariffs. We will be paying the tariff fee on our side. You do not need to pay anything additional for your orders. If UPS asks you to pay anything, please do not refuse the order. Just ask the driver to re-attempt delivery the next day. Let us know and we will fully cover that fee and pay UPS directly. 

Customers from Canada, Australia, Korea and European countries: you will need to pay import tax once the shipment arrives in your destination country. Please check the exact rates with the local authorities before ordering your product from Beyond Riders. 

In addition, in case you're outside of the US and would like to return or exchange a product, we need you to cover the shipping cost.
