The Crash Coverage Plan must be purchased either with the gear or before it is delivered. Once the gear has been delivered, Crash Coverage can no longer be added.
Important: for each product you purchase you need to get Crash Coverage. Example: you buy a Protective Shirt and Pants - make sure to get two Crash Coverage Plans if you would like to get coverage for both items.
This is how it works:
1) Contact us and share an image of the damaged product plus your order number, together with your contact information
2) Send the damaged product back to us once our customer support team gives you green light
3) Upon receiving it, we send you a 50% discount code to buy a new product
